1. Licensed/credentialed individuals: please visit the Wisconsin Emergency Assistance Volunteer Registry (WEAVR) to create a profile and complete the required information.
2. Anyone interested in assisting: please fill out a Volunteer Application Form.

WEAVR
The Wisconsin Emergency Assistance Volunteer Registry (WEAVR) is Wisconsin's initiative to pre-register, manage, and mobilize clinical and non-clinical volunteers to help in responding to all types of disasters. The Menasha Health Department uses registered WEAVR volunteers during Public Health Emergency situations and for Emergency Preparedness exercises.
