Absentee Ballot Information

How do I apply for an absentee ballot?

 - Step 1: Complete a Wisconsin Absentee Ballot Application and include a copy of a photo ID
(applications lacking a photo ID will not be processed)
 - Step 2: Mail or drop-off the completed application the City Clerk's Office located at 100 Main Street, Suite 200,
               Menasha, WI 54952.
Note: If you are forwarding mail via the Post Office this certified mail WILL NOT
be forwarded. Please include your forwarding address on the absentee application in Section 5.

When will the ballot get to me?
Ballots are sent out about six weeks before an election for any applications already on file. If you apply for an absentee ballot after that point your application will be processed and ballot sent out within two days of receipt.

When can I early vote?
Early voting or In Office Absentee Voting, takes place in the Clerk's Office during normal business hours (M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm) beginning approximately two weeks before an Election. The Clerk's Office will be open until 5:00pm on the Thursday and Friday before the Election.
