Absentee Ballot Information

How do I apply for an absentee ballot? 
Be sure your registration is up to date (myvote.com)
Fill out an Absentee Application Form
Include a photo ID with your application form (unless you already have a photo ID on file). Absentee applications lacking a photo ID cannot be processed. Please note the photo ID must be a valid ID and cannot be a photograph of yourself.

Note: If forwarding mail via the Post Office this certified mail WILL NOT be forwarded. Please include your forwarding address on the absentee application in section 5.

When will the ballot get to me? 
Ballots are sent out about six weeks before an election for any applications already on file. If you apply for an absentee ballot after that point your application will be processed and ballot sent out within two days of receipt. 

When can I apply for an absentee ballot? 
You may apply by mail for an absentee ballot until the Thursday before an election. 

When can I early vote? 
Early voting, or In Office Absentee Voting, takes place in the Clerk's Office during normal business hours beginning approximately two weeks before an Election. The Clerk's Office will be open until 5:00pm on the Thursday and Friday before the Election.
