Located on Doty Island between Cleveland and Park Streets. A large pavilion with kitchen facilities suitable for large gatherings. Electricity is available in both the pavilion and garden areas. Alcohol may not be consumed in this park. Tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a casual play softball diamond, play equipment, soccer field, basketball court and public garden are available in the park. The shelter capacity is approximately 250.

The semi-formal public garden is a popular location for weddings and wedding pictures. Electricity is available in this area. Reservations for this area are as follows: beginning the first working day in December of each year, City of Menasha residents only may book wedding space for two seasons in advance. For example, on December 1, 2010 wedding dates can be booked for the 2011 and 2012 seasons.  The bride or groom, parents of the bride or groom or grandparents of the bride or groom may use their residency status to reserve the garden.

Non-residents may only book the area for one season in advance beginning the first working day in December of each year.  For example, on December 1, 2010 wedding dates can be booked for the 2011 season only.

With the Wedding Setup fee, there is no Park User Fee charged unless the party plans on using the pavilion. However, the pavilion is reserved as a backup in case of inclement weather. With full capacity of park benches (80), the seating capacity is approximately 125.  With weddings booked for 2012 and after only 50 park benches will be available.

The garden is typically planted just before/after the Memorial Day weekend.  Weddings held before Memorial Day may encounter some unsightly garden conditions.
