The Menasha Senior Center, in downtown Menasha, warmly welcomes any adult 55+ to participate in the many activities we offer. There is no membership fee or residency restrictions.

| Some activities at the Menasha Senior Center include: |
Line dancing:
Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:30-10:30am .
Bike 4 Fun:
Explore the area with other casual bikers. Monday afternoons May-October.
Bingo:
1st and 3rd Thursdays and 2nd and 4th Tuesdays; 1:00-2:40pm
Card games:
Men's Sheepshead - Mondays, 12:30 - 4:00pm (not for beginners)
Canasta - Fridays, 12:30-4:00pm
Bridge - Thursdays, 1:00-4:00pm (not for beginners)
Texas Hold'em -Wednesdays 12:30pm (beginners welcome)(Sept - May)
Cribbage - Wednesday 12:00
Computer Lab:
Five computers, with immediate access to the Internet, are available at the center. They can be used by any senior between the hours of 8am-4pm . Also one-on-one computer classes are offered on Monday mornings.
Craft classes:
Instruction on seasonal crafts offered periodically.
FVTC classes:
Curently no classes.
Presentations:
Offered monthly covering many topics of interest to seniors (i.e.: legal issues, hearing loss, prescription costs, etc.)
Health Screenings:
Blood pressure is taken every week at the center by the Menasha Health Department (the 1 st , 2 nd , & 3 rd Tuesday from 1:15-3:00pm ; the 4 th Tuesday from 10:00am -12:00n.
Monthly health screenings are offered regularly by the Menasha Health Department's 60 Plus Health Program (i.e.: cholesterol, urine, osteoporosis, depression, skin cancer, blood sugar).
VNA foot care clinics are also offered twice a month. Appointments are required by calling 727-5555.
Trips:
One day trips are scheduled throughout the year. Call and ask for a trip brochure. Trips
Parties:
Held monthly at the center each month with a different theme. There is a minimal charge of $5.00 for admission that helps cover the cost of food, entertainment, games and door prizes. Registration in advance encouraged.

| The Spring Banquet in May and the Christmas Banquet in December are held off-site. The cost of the ticket varies. |
Newsletter:
"The Senior Chatter", Menasha
Senior Center’s monthly newsletter, is available for only $4.00 a year
via ground mail or click here for free
on-line version. It offers a calendar of events for the month as well as fun,
interesting and informative reading material.
Noon meal:
The Menasha Senior Center is a site for the Winnebago Co. nutrition
program's noon meals offered to seniors 60 yrs and older. There is no charge
but a suggested donation of at least $2.75. Contact MSC office for a calendar.
Note:
-must call 725-6323 24 hrs. in advance to make reservation or cancellations.
-meal is served at 11:20am
-free transportation to and from MenashaSeniorCenter for lunch only is available; call to inquire

Benefit Specialist:
The Winnebago Co. Benefit Specialist, Candace Corbett, visits
the Menasha Senior Center the first two Thursdays from 10:00-11:30am. She is
available to assist you with any public benefit program.
Information and Referral:
The center staff will assist in identifying a local agency or
organization that my help you with your needs.
